Bar solution for events, parties, venues and various shops
Congratulations on the cocktail stations, let's say it was the missing idea. I worked as a bartender for years and, even by the sea where I worked for a long time, I had bar counters of all kinds. For the past few years I have started doing some services again, including private parties, quick aperitifs in any venue or bar, various shops and weddings with an open bar. I have to say that yours is a more than valid solution. I will mention it to the various venues where I go to work. Congratulations.

Project
For Gipsy, Station Deus developed an O-shaped circular set-up with modular units and an anchored mobile canopy. The layout distributes service across several sides, with a large snack area and two dedicated cocktail preparation stations. Each module can remain on site during the season or be moved into storage in severe weather, keeping the portable bar station operational and flexible.
Result
The bar can operate on the beach every day and, when severe weather is forecast, be dismantled and moved into nearby storage. The structure withstands salt air, water, wind and outdoor use while keeping service stable throughout the season. Gipsy gained a spacious, striking and flexible portable bar station with two cocktail stations, more snack space and a professional solution that avoids fixed installations and high costs.

Project
For Mykonos, Station Deus placed two DARK PLUS 150 units alongside one DARK PLUS 120, creating a linear and organised portable bar station. The 150 cm stations manage cocktail preparation, ice and bottles, while the 120 cm unit serves as a till and snack counter. The configuration remains dismantlable and repositionable, allowing the client to use it in the indoor restaurant during winter without rebuilding the bar.
Result
Adam opened a cocktail kiosk that was immediately operational, with clearly defined areas for mixing, payment and snacks. Service is more organised, bartenders have ice and bottles within reach, and the kiosk becomes a new source of sales. The real advantage is reuse: after summer, the portable bar station moves into the restaurant, turning a seasonal investment into a year-round resource without purchasing a second bar or leaving equipment unused.

After assessing the available space, Station Deus proposed a POLAR PLUS 150 Cocktail Station alongside a 150 Back Bar. The layout separates cocktail preparation, food service and snack management while leaving room for a fridge and electric oven. The portable bar station remains compact, organised and dismantlable, allowing the kiosk to operate during the season and be cleared in winter.
Result
With a focused investment, Alfio opened the chiringuito with a complete station for cocktails, snacks and food. The portable bar station brought order to the workflow, gave bartenders more space and created a more professional service in front of customers. At the end of the season, the stations are dismantled and moved with trolley bags, leaving no fixed structures. An ideal solution for seasonal beach bars that want to start immediately and reuse their equipment over time.
