Return Conditions
The product may be returned by the Customer to the Seller only in the following cases:

Non-conformity with the number of packages or with the specifications, loss or damage;

Non-conformity of the delivered product with the subject of the order;

Damage to the product;

In the event of a request by the Customer.
In such case, the Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject the return, to assess the return of the products and the reimbursement of the expenses incurred by the Customer for the purchase and, where applicable, to deduct part of the refund amount as compensation to cover administrative and shipping costs, repair costs necessary for the new use of the product, costs for irreversible customization of the product requested by the Customer, or other costs incurred for the execution of the Customer's order.
Return of the product may take place only following a communication sent to the Seller within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods:
expressly indicating the reason among those listed above and the order references as well as the purchase invoice. The goods to be returned must be properly packaged by the Customer. The Seller shall communicate the return and goods restitution procedures, which, depending on the return case, may be borne by the Customer. Once the return has been received, the refund amount shall be credited using the same payment method chosen for the purchase, unless otherwise communicated.
Returns or exchanges shall not be accepted in certain situations (even if within 14 days from purchase), including:

Products damaged due to improper use, lack of skill or negligence by the Customer or third parties, or due to accidents of any kind;

Products showing excessive wear: wear is considered excessive if the product is found to be used, close to the end of its practical life, or simply has a heavily worn appearance;

Products lost or damaged due to fire, flooding or natural disasters;

Products returned for personal reasons not related to the performance of the product;

Dirty or contaminated products until they have been properly cleaned.
