Assembly and disassembly of a Station Deus dismountable bar
The most important feature of every Station Deus demountable Bar is the ability to dismountable it quickly and efficiently, without damaging it and making every service much easier. With selected raw materials to guarantee maximum durability and efficiency, Station Deus builds Cocktail Stations that improve the bartender's work and increase the number of customers and sales.
The difference with a traditional demountable bar
Station Deus, born of the experience of bartenders, has added qualities sought after by professionals in the sector but absent from products on the existing market: each Station Deus bar can be fully assembled and dismantled rapidly.
How to assemble a dismountable Station Deus bar?
Have you already chosen and bought your Station Deus bar? On the website, you can choose the ideal demountable bar for your use, based on the experiences of other bars and businesses, or based on your space and location requirements.
The order has arrived and you can't wait to set up your Cocktail Station? In the box you'll also find the instruction manual, with pictures to help you follow along. Step by step, Station Deus will take you from start to finish.
Follow the instructions
Start with the first letter and assemble one profile at a time. You'll become fast at the second use, but for the first, follow each step carefully to avoid scratching the aluminium profiles.
Create the structure of the demountable bar
Before you start hammering the profile to adhere the joint, make sure you hold it straight to create the correct structure for your worktop. After inserting the panels, make sure everything lines up before hammering all the way through.
What do you need when you first assemble a Station Deus bar?
Caution: it's normal for the first few times to be more difficult to fit the profiles together and for more force to be required, as the joints are new and friction is greater. After a few fittings and disassemblies, you'll be very quick, because the outer surfaces will be dull and will slide better on the inside.
Start making your Cocktails
The Deus Station is here and already working. If something is missing, you can add any accessory or module. Depending on your activity, even Station Deus can expand: if you need more space soon, you can increase your work surface with other Cocktail Stations and create a bar counter customized to your needs.
The shift is over: time to dismantle the Station Deus bar
The party's over and you need to take the Cocktail Station apart to transport it by car or put it in storage? The Station Deus to-do list can help.
Remove stainless steel components
Before dismantling the worktop, make sure you remove the support surfaces, the speed rack and, if necessary, the tap and sink. If you hammer the worktop while they are still inserted, in addition to making a loud noise, you risk scratching the profiles.
The instructions in reverse
Follow the instructions in reverse, starting with the last step and working backwards, always hammering one profile at a time. To dismantle the service top more easily, you can lift it slightly off the floor by grasping the I or H profiles. Hammer the worktop downwards: it's child's play.
There are also shavings
It is normal for some shavings to come out during disassembly. The joints will grind and the process will become easier as you assemble and disassemble your Cocktail Station over time.
How do you transport your demountable bar?
Do I need to transport the Station Deus bar by car to another event? The trolley bag allows you to take your demountable bar wherever you want. You can also use it as a cover to store your Station Deus when you're not using it.
If you don't need to dismantle the Bar Station, what should you do?
With Station Deus, your demountable bar can be easily transported anywhere, even mounted: the wheels can be inserted on any model and this will allow you to move your Cocktail Station to a safe place.
For cleaning or space management purposes, you'll be able to push each Station Deus demountable bar into a corner or dedicated area.
If you want to leave your Cocktail Station in the same place, but want to protect it from the weather, add the protective cover.
